Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GrowMyWebsite(“we,” “us”), including our software plans and our Done-For-You services. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary written to be readable, not legal advice. These terms apply to every customer worldwide; this English version is the authoritative one, and any translation is provided only for convenience.

Using the service

You must provide accurate information and confirm your email to access most features. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your login secure, and for complying with applicable laws. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live — with one exception: a student under 18 may use the service as part of a school or education program under the supervision and with the consent of their teacher, school, or parent/guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for that supervision and consent.

Plans, billing & fees

Paid software plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Done-For-You services may include a one-time build and/or onboarding fee plus a recurring subscription (for example, a one-time website build fee, a setup fee, and monthly hosting and management). All charges are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Some regions may see prices displayed in an estimated local currency, and eligible countries may receive an automatic regional discount — the amount actually charged is shown before you confirm. You authorize us and our card payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel.

Cryptocurrency payments

As an alternative to card billing, we offer optional cryptocurrency payment (Bitcoin) for a prepaid annual term, processed by our crypto payment provider (NOWPayments). Because crypto cannot be auto-charged, this is a one-time prepayment for 12 months: your plan is provisioned once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and access continues until the term's expiration date shown in your account. Crypto payments do not auto-renew — we'll email you before your term ends so you can choose to renew. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and are not eligible for chargebacks; the price is set in U.S.-dollar equivalent at the time of payment, and any network or processor fees are your responsibility. The 14-day money-back guarantee below applies to crypto payments the same way it applies to card payments.

Free trial & refunds

Paid software plans may include a free trial; you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost. Software subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment — email us within 14 days for a full refund of that payment. One-time build, setup, and onboarding fees for Done-For-You services cover real work we begin right away and are non-refundable once that work has started. Recurring fees already billed for a completed period are not pro-rated or refunded.

Cancellation & what happens to your service

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Like any hosted service (think Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, or a domain registrar), your paid access ends when you stop paying:

• Software plans: your account moves to the Free plan and paid features lock. Your data (projects, reports, settings) is retained, and resubscribing restores access.
• Done-For-You websites (Website Launch and Fully Managed): the website we build for you is a hosted service on every plan. When you stop paying, we stop hosting and running it, so the site comes offline. It isn't handed over or exported for you to run elsewhere — like Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow, the site lives on our platform while you're a paying customer.
• Your domain and your content are always yours on every plan. If you brought your own domain it never leaves your control; if we registered one for you, we'll give you the transfer code to move it to any registrar you choose, free — we never charge a fee to release a domain. (Your new registrar charges its normal yearly renewal, and ICANN locks a newly registered or transferred domain for 60 days.)

Done-For-You services

For managed services, we design, build, host, and operate your website and growth work on our platform. Project timelines (for example, “live in 2–3 weeks”) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and depend on you providing the details and approvals we need. Optional post-launch changes to a Website Launch build are billed at our then-current hourly rate.

Ownership & intellectual property

You own your content — your text, images, logos, and the information you provide — and your domain. We own the platform, our software, tools, templates, and the systems that power the service, and the websites we build, host, and manage for you remain part of our service rather than a deliverable you may take, copy, or reuse independently. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and improve your content while you use the service.

AI-generated content

Some features use AI to generate audits, suggestions, drafts, and replies. AI can be wrong or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish or send it, and for making sure it's accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI output.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, resell access except where your plan explicitly allows it, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to help you grow, but search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on many factors outside our control — including search engines, AI providers, competitors, your market, and your own content and decisions. We do not guarantee any specific results, rankings, placements, mentions by AI assistants, or financial outcomes. Any examples, estimates, or projections are illustrative only.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties — including Stripe (card payments), NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments), our hosting and infrastructure providers, domain registrars, and AI providers such as Anthropic. Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
