Where we're honest about limits
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001:we are not formally certified yet. Formal certification is on our roadmap; in the meantime we're glad to walk your team through our security posture and answer a full security questionnaire.
- Data residency:infrastructure is US-hosted today. Regional (EU/Canada) residency isn't available yet — tell us your requirement and we'll be straight about whether we can meet it.
- Uptime: we target 99.9% monthly uptimefor enterprise agreements. That's an operational target, not a standard contractual guarantee — service credits aren't part of our plans today, but can be negotiated and defined in an enterprise contract. Live status is on our status page.
