White-label means your clients see *your* brand — your name, your logo, your colors — not ours. It's included on the Agency and Enterprise plans.
Setting up your brand
Open Branding in your dashboard menu and set:
- Your agency name and logo
- Your accent color
- Your contact email (client replies go to you)
- Your own domain, so client-facing links live on your web address instead of ours
Once set, your brand is applied across everything clients see — their reports and their portals.
Client reports
A client report is a clean progress summary that answers the client's real question: *"is this working?"* Each report includes their website score and how it changed, their AI visibility, keywords tracked, and concrete highlights from the period — score gains, new AI mentions, content published.
You can send reports two ways:
- On a schedule — weekly or monthly, sent automatically with your branding
- Send now — one click when a client asks for an update
Reports are sent under your agency name, with your logo and colors, and replies go to your contact email. Every send is logged, so you can always see what each client received and when.
