If you manage websites for other people, the Clients page in your dashboard menu (available on agency plans) is your control room. On the Agency plan you can manage up to 25 client sites.
What you see
One table with every client website you manage, showing at a glance:
- The site's current score and how it moved this month
- Whether the client's portal is set up
- The last reports sent (so you know who's been updated and who hasn't)
- Which sites have gone stale and need attention
Adding a client
Add the client's website like any other site, then give it a client name and email in the site's sharing settings. From there you can enable their portal and schedule their reports.
Client portals — what your client sees
Each client can get their own portal: a simple, read-only page with their results, branded with your agency's look (see White-label & client reports). Clients sign in through a magic link — a one-time sign-in link emailed to them, valid for 15 minutes, so there's no password for them to forget or lose.
One clean boundary: clients only ever see their own branded portal. They never see your dashboard, your other clients, or anything with our name on it.
