Instead of sharing one password (please don't!), you can give each person their own login with the right level of access. Team seats are included on the Growth, Multi-Location, Agency, and Enterprise plans — Growth includes 3 seats, Multi-Location 10, Agency 25 (you, the owner, don't use up a seat).
Inviting someone
- Open Team in your dashboard menu.
- Enter their email address and pick a role.
- They receive an invitation email with an accept link. The link only works for the exact address you invited — a forwarded invitation can't be used by someone else.
The three roles, plainly
- Admin — can do almost everything, including approving work
- Member — can create and edit, but their work waits for approval before going out
- Viewer — can look, can't touch
How approvals work
Anything a member drafts that would go out into the world — social posts, content, and replies to leads — goes to the Approvals page instead of publishing directly. You (or an admin) see everything waiting for review in one place and approve it, request changes, or reject it. Nothing a member writes is ever published without a yes from an approver.
The same rule applies to AI: content and social posts drafted by Autopilot or AI agents also arrive as drafts — never auto-published.
On the Multi-Location plan you can also limit a teammate to specific locations, handy for franchises.
