Understand your score

What the 0–100 score means, what the letter grades are, and which number to care about.

After a scan, your website gets a score from 0 to 100. It's simple: we run a list of checks on your site, and the score reflects how many pass. A check that fully passes counts more than one with a small warning, and failures pull the score down.

The score maps to a letter grade:

  • 95–100 — A+ (Outstanding)
  • 85–94 — A (Excellent)
  • 75–84 — B (Good)
  • 65–74 — C (Fair)
  • 50–64 — D (Needs work)
  • Below 50 — F (Critical)

Don't panic about a low score

A low first score is normal — most small-business websites start in the C–D range. Every point has a specific finding behind it, and each finding comes with a plain-English explanation of how to fix it. Fix a few, re-scan, and watch the number climb.

Where to see it over time

Open Growth Score in your dashboard menu to see how your score changes as you improve things. The trend matters far more than any single number — a site moving from 55 to 70 is winning.

If you're not sure what to fix first, the Advisor turns your findings into a prioritized plan.
