Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Here's exactly how it works, with no fine print surprises:
- When you start a paid plan, you get full access immediately, but your card is not charged for 3 days.
- Cancel any time during those 3 days and you pay nothing at all.
- If you don't cancel, your first payment happens when the trial ends, and your plan continues normally.
The one rule
The trial is for first-time customers. If you've subscribed before, starting a new plan bills right away — this simply stops people from cancelling and re-subscribing to chain free trials forever. (If you prefer, you can also choose to skip the trial and pay immediately at checkout.)
After you've paid: the 14-day guarantee
The trial isn't your only protection. Every paid plan also comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — with one honest exception: if you claimed your plan's free domain (one per account, redeemable by the account owner — the person whose subscription pays), the domain's real cost is deducted from the refund (a registered domain can't be returned to the registry — and it stays yours). So the trial lets you try before paying, and the guarantee protects you after you pay.
How to cancel during a trial
Open Plan & account in your dashboard and choose Manage billing — see Change or cancel your plan for the steps.
