Change or cancel your plan

Switch plans any time — upgrades bill the difference, downgrades credit you, cancelling is self-serve.

You're never locked in. Everything below is self-serve from Plan & account in your dashboard.

Upgrading

Pick the new plan and confirm. You're charged only the difference for the rest of your current billing period, and the new features unlock immediately.

Downgrading

Pick the lower plan. The unused portion of what you already paid is credited toward your future bills — you never lose money you've paid for time you didn't use.

Cancelling

  1. Open Plan & account in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Manage billing — this opens your secure billing portal (run by Stripe, our payment provider).
  3. Cancel your subscription there.

You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for — cancelling today doesn't cut you off today. When the period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your account and data stay; you can come back any time.

One special case: prepaid annual plans

If you paid for a year up front (for example with M-Pesa, another local payment method, or crypto), plan switches can't be done automatically — contact support and we'll credit your remaining time toward the new plan so you're never billed twice. Prepaid years also don't auto-renew: they simply end unless you renew.
