Growing your site

Track your keywords

Keywords are the phrases customers type into Google — track the ones that matter to you.

A keyword is simply a phrase people type into Google when looking for what you offer — like "birthday cakes near me" or "plumber in Kisumu". Tracking a keyword means watching where your website appears in Google's results for that phrase, so you can see your progress.

How to add keywords

  1. In your dashboard, open Websites and click into your website.
  2. Add the phrases you care about — start with the ones a real customer would type.
  3. Check back to see your positions and how they change.

How many keywords can I track?

  • Free — 10 per website
  • Starter — 50
  • Pro — 500
  • Growth — 5,000

Checking your live Google position for each keyword is a paid feature — the Free plan lets you build your list and see your scan results, but live position checks start with paid plans.

See your real Google numbers

You can also connect your Google Search Console account (Google's free tool that shows how your site performs in search). We ask for read-only access — we can look at your clicks and positions, but we can never change anything in your Google account. This shows your *real* traffic straight from Google, alongside the keywords you track.
