Real reviews from real customers are the strongest selling tool a small business has. Here's the whole loop:
1. Share your review link
Open Reviews in your dashboard menu. You'll find your personal review link — it looks like growmywebsite.com/review/your-business-name. Send it to happy customers by WhatsApp, SMS, or email, or show it as a QR code at your counter (our free QR code generator turns any link into a printable code). Your site needs to be published for the link to work.
2. Approve what comes in
Anyone with the link can write a review — but nothing appears anywhere until you approve it. New reviews arrive as "pending" on your Reviews page, where you approve or hide each one. That protects you from spam and nonsense while keeping the reviews genuine.
3. Show them on your website
Add the Customer reviews block to your site in the Website builder. It automatically shows your approved reviews — approve a new one and it appears on your site on its own; hide one and it disappears. If you have no approved reviews yet, the block simply shows nothing: no fake reviews, ever.
A tip on asking
The best moment to ask is right after a happy interaction — a delivery, a compliment, a repeat visit. A short personal message works best: "Thanks for coming in today! Would you leave us a quick review? It takes one minute: [your link]".
