Can you see my passwords?
No. Your vault is encrypted with a key only you hold, so what reaches our servers is unreadable to us. We couldn't hand over your passwords even if we were compelled to.
What if I lose my master password?
Your master password is the one thing we can't reset — that's exactly what keeps your vault private from us. Set up an emergency-access contact and a recovery key in advance; without those, a forgotten master password means the vault can't be opened, by anyone.
