One oven, a short menu we're proud of, and dough made fresh every morning. We keep it simple on purpose — a handful of pizzas done properly beats a menu you can't remember.
From our oven
We stretch every base by hand and bake it on stone hot enough to give you leopard-spotted char in ninety seconds. The sauce is San Marzano tomatoes, a little salt and nothing else — the recipe hasn't changed since we opened.

Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver across town most evenings, and you can order ahead for pickup at the counter any time we're open.
Can I order gluten-free or vegan?
Absolutely — we make a gluten-free base and a dairy-free cheese, and most pizzas can be built vegan. Just let us know when you order.
