Independent cover — with someone in your corner.

An independent insurance agency helping people and businesses find the right cover at a fair price. Edit this to introduce your agency, the cover you specialise in, and the carriers you represent.

Please read

A quote is an estimate and an enquiry — not a bound policy, and nothing is charged here. Actual cover, price and terms depend on the carrier's underwriting and your policy documents. Replace this with your own required disclosures and the licence you genuinely hold.

What we cover

Auto & motor

Cover for cars, motorbikes and more — describe what you place and who for.

Home & renters

Protecting the place you live and what's in it — set out your home lines.

Life & health

Cover for the people who depend on you — say what you offer, only if licensed for it.

Business & commercial

Liability, property and the cover a business needs — describe your commercial lines.

Why an independent agent

  • We shop the market. Describe how you compare cover across the carriers you represent — name them honestly, and never imply carriers you don't hold.
  • Clear on how we're paid. Tell people how you're compensated — usually commission from the carrier — so there are no surprises.
  • On your side at claim time. Explain how you help when a claim happens — this is where an agent earns their keep.
  • Plain English. Cover explained without the jargon, so you know what you're actually buying.

How it works

  • Tell us what you need to cover and a little about your situation — the more detail, the better the options.
  • We compare cover and prices across the carriers we represent and come back with clear options.
  • You choose; we place the cover with the carrier, and your policy documents come from them.
  • When something happens, you call us first — we help you through the claim.

Licensed & appointed

  • Your licence. State your producer or broker licence number and where you're licensed — never imply a licence you don't hold.
  • Your carriers. List the insurance carriers you're genuinely appointed with. Don't show logos or names you can't stand behind.
  • How you're overseen. Point people to how they can verify your licence with the state insurance department.
Are you independent or captive?

State plainly whether you're an independent agent (representing several carriers) or captive (one). Both are honest — just be clear which you are and which carriers you place with.

How are you paid?

Explain how you're compensated — usually a commission paid by the carrier — and any fees you charge. Clear, honest compensation builds trust.

Is a quote the same as a policy?

No. A quote is an estimate based on what you tell us; it isn't cover until a policy is issued and in force, and the final price and terms come from the carrier's underwriting. Say this plainly.

Can you promise you'll save me money?

No honest agent promises a specific saving — it depends entirely on your situation and the market. Describe how you look for the best value, without inventing a '$X saved' figure.

What happens if I need to make a claim?

Explain exactly how to reach you and how you help at claim time, and note that the carrier ultimately handles the claim under the policy terms.

Let's find your cover

Tell us what you need to protect and we'll come back with honest options and prices. No obligation, and nothing is bound until you say so.

Quotes are estimates and not a guarantee of cover or price; cover is subject to the carrier's underwriting and your policy documents. Replace this with the disclosures required where you are licensed.

Insurance advice and placing cover needs a verified, licensed operator.

Because insurance advice and placing cover is licensed and high-stakes — it's people's protection when things go wrong, we don't offer one-click publishing for this one. Email us to confirm your company identity — your state producer or broker licence and the carriers you're appointed with — only what you genuinely hold — and we'll build this site with you, honestly and properly.
