An independent financial planning practice helping people plan for retirement, invest with intention, and make confident money decisions. Edit this to introduce your firm, your approach, and the people you look after — and to state your own registrations and how you're paid.
Important — please read
This site is general information, not personalised financial advice, and nothing here is an offer or recommendation. Investing carries risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest, and past performance is never a guarantee of future results. Replace this with your own required disclosures and the registrations you genuinely hold.
How we help
Financial planning
A plan for your goals, cash flow and the trade-offs that matter — describe how you build a plan with clients.
Retirement & income
Planning the move from saving to drawing an income that lasts — set out how you approach retirement.
Investment management
A considered, long-term approach to investing — describe your philosophy. Never promise a return.
Tax-aware strategy
Keeping more of what you earn and grow, within the rules — say how you coordinate with tax where you're able.
Our approach
- Your interests first. Describe your fiduciary commitment and how you avoid conflicts of interest — state it only if it's genuinely true of your firm.
- Clear on fees. Tell people exactly how you're paid — fee-only, commission, or a mix — so there are no surprises. We never present a fee you don't charge.
- No product-pushing. Explain that advice comes before any product, and that you recommend only what fits the plan.
- Plain English. No jargon, no pressure — decisions you understand and can live with.
How we're paid
Example fee models only — replace these with YOUR actual fees and structure. Be specific and honest; people trust clear pricing far more than a vague promise.
Flat planning fee (example)
A fixed fee for a financial plan — set your own · e.g. from $X (example)
Ongoing advice (example)
A monthly or annual retainer for continuing advice — set your own · e.g. $X/mo (example)
Assets under management (example)
A percentage of assets you manage — state your own rate and breakpoints · e.g. X% (example)
Credentials & how your money is protected
- Your registrations. State the ones you genuinely hold — for example an SEC or state RIA registration, Series 65/66, or CFP® certification. Never imply a credential you don't have.
- Who holds your money. Explain that client assets are held at an independent, regulated custodian in the client's own name — you advise, you don't take custody. Name your real custodian here.
- How you're overseen. Point people to your firm's disclosure documents (e.g. Form ADV / Form CRS) and how to check your record with the regulator.
Are you a fiduciary?
State plainly whether you act as a fiduciary — putting the client's interests first — and when that duty applies. Only claim it if it's genuinely true of your firm at all times; if it's part-time, say so honestly.
How are you paid?
Set out exactly how you're compensated — fee-only, fee-based, or commission — with the actual numbers. Clear, honest fees build more trust than any marketing line.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. No honest adviser guarantees investment returns. All investing carries risk, including the possible loss of principal, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Say this plainly and never imply otherwise.
Who holds my money?
Explain that your clients' assets are held at an independent, regulated custodian in the client's own name — you provide advice and management, not custody. Name your real custodian and how clients can see their accounts directly.
How do I check your background?
Tell people exactly where to verify your registration and disciplinary record with the relevant regulator, and share your firm's disclosure documents. Inviting scrutiny is itself a trust signal.

Financial advice and investment management needs a verified, licensed operator.
Because financial advice and investment management is licensed and high-stakes — it's people's savings, we don't offer one-click publishing for this one. Email us to confirm your company identity — your SEC or state RIA registration, Series 65/66 or CFP® certification — only what you genuinely hold — and we'll build this site with you, honestly and properly.
